Spinea RotoSpin A Series Rotary Actuator

Spinea RotoSpin A Series Rotary Actuator

The RotoSpin A Series rotary modules feature a flange mounting design, which allows the modules to be easily incorporated into a structure with a circular hole mounting.

The RotoSpin actuators have been designed for applications that require secure, accurate mounting to achieve high positional repeatability, high torque and large tilting moment from a low weight, compact installation size. Due to these properties, they are most often used in rotary positioners and rotary tables for automated and robotised welding, cutting, machining applications.

The RotoSpin A Series is supplied in four size categories with load capacities of 60kg, 250kg, 500kg and 1000kg.

Benefits:

  •  Possibility to build into circular holes
  •  Low weigh and small dimensions
  •  Wide area of use
  •  Easy attachment

Maintenance:

The rotary module does not require any special maintenance. When installing the rotary module, observe the respective dimensional and positional tolerances of the centering diameters. The rotary module is a high-precision product, therefore it requires careful manipulation, installation, and dismounting.

Delivery Conditions:

The rotary module is delivered completely assembled, without fixing screws, grease lubricated, and in a protective package. Each rotary module is identified with an identification plate, including the following data:

  • manufacturer
  • production type and size
  • reduction ratio
  • model
  • manufacturing number
