LoadMaster 80 Rodless Actuators are uniquely designed for quiet and smooth operation, making them highly suitable for indoor domestic and medical environments. These actuators incorporate a DC motor and gearbox assembly. Movement to the carriage is provided using either a ball or lead screw drive. Other features include spring-loaded soft stop protection and an automatic reset thermal switch. The LoadMaster 80 consists of an extruded anodised aluminium profile and is available in both vertical and horizontal models. These actuators also offer maintenance free operation and easy installation. The latter has been achieved by means of a T-slot design.
