The Electrak® 10 DC Linear Actuators incorporate a screw drive system for applications requiring maximum load capacity. When the actuator is not in use, an innovative holding brake automatically activates. This specially designed anti-back driving brake holds tension or compression loads in position. It will continue to hold the load without consuming power until the actuator is started again.
