UKCA/ CE Marking Statement

The UK has left the EU and the transition period after Brexit came to an end, at the end of 2020. This has an impact on conformity marking of goods, meaning that any product to be sold within Great Britain from January 1st 2021 will require the UKCA mark.

From January 1st 2021 - whilst applicable UK/EU directives remain the same, our products will be labelled with both CE and UKCA Logos.

Please note in some cases that due to spatial constraints on some of our products, this will be in the form of a QR Code that will redirect you to an online accompanying document.

In order to transition successfully to the new requirements that are required by January 1st 2021 we will begin updating affected products labels as soon as possible. However, in some cases some products will not bear the UKCA marking until the official deadline of January 1st 2022, but will retain the CE marking during this period.

Heason Technology Ltd as part of Variohm Holdings Ltd is supplying this statement to all customers to give reassurance that retaining product conformity- inline with globally recognised standards, is of the upmost importance and is part of our focus on continuous self-improvement.

Heason Technology Ltd as part of Variohm Holdings Ltd does not take any liability for any further amendments or approvals after product sale.

Heason Technology Ltd  as part of Variohm Holdings Ltd reserves the right, unless already specified to make any changes necessary in line with legislation without notification to the customer.

If in the event that there must be a notification then please contact your relevant Sales Contact to make any necessary amendments to your supply contract or terms.
