Variohm Holdings Ltd Acquire the Assets of Heason Technologies Group Ltd

Variohm Holdings have acquired the assets of Heason Technologies Group Limited and formed a new organisation known as Heason Technology Limited.

Heason Technology will continue to offer distribution and system integration of world class precision motion control products and will continue to develop it's specialist bespoke engineering solutions for advanced motion control applications. The company will also be expanding and developing it's own brand of standard motion products.

Variohm are best known of their market leading brands of industrial sensors - including pressure, strain, position, temperature which are predominately coupled with pneumatic and hydraulic actuation systems. "Adding Heason to the group significantly expands the product portfolio and the engineering capabilities of the organisation; especially with Heason's core expertise in precision electrically actuation systems" says Roy Moffatt, Managing Director of Variohm Holdings.

Heason Technology offer a wide range of permanent magnet servo motors, including brushed and brushless, housed and frameless, rotary and linear, pancake and cylindrical complete with matched drive systems and a wide range of motion control products.

Heason also offer ceramic servo motors, stepper motors & drives, precision rotary & linear stages, high reduction ratio zero backlash gearboxes, planetary gearheads and rotary & linear encoders.

Specialist systems include a range of both standard design, high vacuum, precision linear and rotary stages plus capability to customise existing designs and/or originate completely bespoke design to customer's exact specifications.

Heason Technology has a wide industry base including nuclear, defence & aerospace, automotive, motor sport, medical, sciences and discovery, printing, automation and special purpose machinery.
