Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician
Heason Technology Ltd require an
experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, preferably with
some experience in the motion control industry, to assemble &
test complex, high precision motion platforms, electrical actuators
and associated control & power electronics.
This position would suit a Technician with broad practical based
skills ranging from precision mechanical fitting, electrical cable
loom production, panel/enclosure wiring and electrical systems
assembly, through to system test and basic system commissioning
with the ability to work constructively, with minimum supervision,
on multiple concurrent projects.
This position includes:
>> Assembling, inspection and testing of small production
quantities of specialised positioning/motion equipment and
prototypes.
>> Electrical panel layout, component mounting, assembling,
wiring, inspection and testing of motion controller electrical
enclosures and chassis.
